You must ensure that the pet photos you upload do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other third‑party rights. You grant us limited permission to use your uploaded photos only for designing and manufacturing your custom artwork.
3. Custom‑Made Product Rules
All pet portrait canvas prints are personalized, made‑to‑order items.
- After you checkout, upload your pet photo and leave your background‑color choice (A/B/C/D) in the order notes.
- Our designer will send you a digital design draft by email within 24 business hours.
- You need to confirm and approve the draft before we start production.
- Once you approve your design, production begins immediately. We ship from US warehouse within 48 hours.
- Slight color variation may exist: The finished canvas print can not match the background sample picture or digital preview draft 100%. Minor color differences are not treated as product defects.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Custom personalized pet portraits are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless there are proven manufacturing quality defects.
- Before design confirmation: You can cancel your order for a full refund.
- After you approve the digital draft: Orders cannot be canceled, returned or refunded, as goods start production right away.
- If you receive damaged, defective items caused during production, please email us within 7 calendar days after delivery, with clear photos of the damaged product, we will arrange a reprint for you.
- Shipping damage is not our liability, as stated on our product page.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices shown on the website are in US Dollars. Prices do not include shipping fees. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment will be processed securely by third‑party payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe. We do not store your full credit‑card data.
